The second phase, Parkway 2, rises 52 storeys and features 617 homes—including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Of these, 396 are strata condos, while 221 are dedicated rental units, with 156 replacing former homes at Bristol Estates as part of Bosa’s inclusive redevelopment plan.
