Fisher provides value-added services to all Western Canadian lumber yards and building centers. We are a complete coating facility capable of coating most types of interior and exterior material including wood and all cementitious materials (siding, trim, shingles, and panels).

What is Shou Sugi Ban?
Shou Sugi Ban is an ancient pre-finishing technique that originated in Japan in the 18th century to preserve exterior wood products, primarily Japanese cedar from the island of Yakushima, by charring the surface rendering it a deep charcoal black finish.
The blackening of the wood enhances distinct grain patterns and subtle lines within the fibre revealing the natural textural beauty.
TRUEGRAIN Series
A ventilated facade is a cladding system with an air cushion or cavity immediately behind which provides a drainage, ventilation and thermal solution. It is usually an external cladding system mechanically fastened or bonded to a framework (behind) fixed to the external wall of a new or existing building.
This external wall may be built either of masonry (brick or cmu), concrete, or studwork (metal or timber) and a layer of thermal insulation is conveniently either between studs or laid on the outer side of the substrate wall.

Offered in both modern Fineline and traditional V Groove profiles Fisher’s Pure Soffit is produced in a wide range of colors and is the ideal option to beautify your project as either an exterior soffit or interior ceiling/wall covering.
Fisher factory applies our environmentally friendly low VOC coating using Fisher’s proprietary Complete Coverage System™ to ensure all surfaces, including the tongue and groove, are properly covered and beautifully protected. Fisher’s complete cover helps ensure trouble-free installation and a longer-lasting fit and finish.
Pure Soffit is available in British Columbia milled end-matched 1×6 & 1×4 STK KD Pine and is ideal for a wide range of Single Family, Multi-Family and Commercial Projects
TRUE SOFFIT Series
As part of the TrueGrain family of products, TrueSoffit is a wood-look coating for James Hardie products. TrueSoffit gives a project the look of traditional wood soffit with low maintenance, non-combustible fibre cement application.
CUSTOM COATING
Fisher uses a fully automated coating application process to protect and beautify a wide variety of exterior cladding and interior panelling products.
Fisher can help with coating options designed specifically for your chosen building material. Whether you are protecting clear grade cedar siding, accenting traditional pine panelling or applying a personal touch to fibre cement, you choose the colour and Fisher will do the rest.
CUSTOM COATING
Fisher Fire Guard Series Class A
Machine Coat Semi-Transparent is ideal for exterior use on siding, fences, log homes, timber frames, wood soffits, decks or outdoor furniture. Fisher Fire Guard provides outstanding UV protection to wood and Class A fire rating at the same time.
Interior/ Exterior Acrylic hybrid semi transparent coatings – Meets ASTM E-84 & UL 263 Standards.
This product possesses excellent weather and sunlight resistance combined with toughness and durability to provide a high degree of protection for exterior woods.
It is an environmentally friendly product with soap and water cleanup
Two coat application required to meet standards at 400 square ft per coat.
The proper measure of application rate is required.
